WHOLESALE POLICY

You (“the buyer”) must have a physical shop, with or without an online website, OR be an online-only seller with an established following to be eligible for a wholesale account and remain a reseller of BRASH products. Selling on third party websites (Etsy, Ebay, Amazon, etc.) and reselling to other retailers and wholesalers is strictly prohibited.

All buyers are reviewed to ensure fit and to confirm that you are a legitimate business. We obtain the right to deny applications that may not be appropriate or decline orders if buyers are in violation of policies outlined.

 

How to Place an Order

Direct - Buyer must schedule an appointment in advance (for local businesses)

Invoice - We can offer an invoice for payment through Square. There is a 3% processing fee that will be applied to the total invoice.

By making wholesale purchases from BRASH, buyers agree to these policies.

 

Order Minimums

First order minimum: $100

Re-Order Minimum: $75

If minimums are not met, buyers will be asked to place an additional order for the remaining amount.

 

Pricing

All pricing is outlined in the ‘BRASH Wholesale Catalog’. Prices are only available to qualified resellers who plan to resell the items on their website/platform or in-store. Promotional, special or volume orders do not qualify for wholesale pricing, but would qualify for a discount (inquire for special pricing).

 

Additional Discounts

Since buyers receive a significant discount, wholesale pricing does not qualify for additional discounts unless offered during a promotion.

 

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid upfront prior to shipment.

 

Shipping

Unless otherwise requested, all items are shipped from California via USPS flat-rate or ground shipping between Monday and Friday, with the exception of holidays. All import/ duties are the responsibility of the retailer and are not included in the shipping costs. All packages include up to $100 of insurance. The buyer has the option to purchase additional insurance coverage.

 Buyer will receive free shipping on orders of $500 or more and free delivery (local orders) on orders of $300 or more.

 

Fulfillment

Once payment has been received, orders take between 2-5 business days to fulfill, unless otherwise notified.

 

Selling on Third Party Sites / Personal Purchases

To remain a reseller, the buyer must sell direct-to-consumers through a physical shop or online platform owned & operated by the buyer and their company.

Selling BRASH products in the following ways is prohibited and may result in the refusal of accepting future orders:

  • Selling on third-party sites (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Daily Deal Sites, etc.)
  • Drop-shipping sites (Buy.com, Overstock.com, etc.)
  • Classified sites (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
  • Selling in bulk to B2B accounts, or other wholesalers

 

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes must be made within 5 hours of order being received and before it has been shipped.

 

Returns & Exchanges

BRASH is a small, artisan business and cannot honor returns or exchanges unless the product quality is flawed or compromised in some way. This does not include damages that occur during shipping.

 

Damaged Items

All items are quality checked before they are shipped. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact us within 3 days if any items arrive damaged. All packages include up $100 of insurance to cover loss or damage.

 

Exclusivity & Zip Code Protection

We do not offer design exclusivity unless specified in a signed contract for work created specifically for that client.

We only offer zip code protection if certain criteria is met (ie. large, consistent order volume). Please inquire prior to placing your first order.

 

Social Media Promotion

Social media promotion is encouraged and welcomed. If you prefer not to be advertised as a retailer of BRASH products on our social media or website, please specify.

 

Displays & Samples

Cases or racks aren't provided at this time. Samples can be purchased for $5 each.

 

Privacy

Buyer's information is never resold, shared or distributed to third parties.

 

Terms

Retailers must agree to and abide by wholesale terms outlined here. We reserve the right to refuse orders or terminate approved accounts that are not in compliance.
